To search for an item or article by keyword, simply enter a word or phrase that describes the item. The search will list items or articles with descriptions containing words that match your search terms.

If you would like to narrow your search, you may use multiple words. For example, rather than typing in "Excel", you can type in "Excel 2003" to make it easier to quickly find the item or article you are looking for.
